As part of ARDEA 2025 International Classical Music Masterclass, it was held Professor's concert, which featured three top musicians: Marco Graziani (violin), Marijan Đuzel (piano) and Dejan Božić (cello). This concert was an exceptional opportunity for classical music lovers to enjoy the interpretations of top artists, and at the center of the program were the works of one of the greatest composers of all time — Ludwig van Beethoven.
The concert program included three sonatas:
🎵 Sonata for Violin and Piano No. 4 in A minor, Op. 23— an extremely demanding work that Marco Graziani, with the technically precise and emotionally expressive accompaniment of Mariano Giuzel, performed with marked temperament and technical certainty.
🎵 Piano Sonata No. 14 in C minor, Op. 27 No. 2(“Moon Sonata”) — one of Beethoven's most famous and performed works. With this performance Marijan Guzel showed a deep understanding of the composer's oeuvre, highlighting the subtlety and expressiveness in the first paragraph and the dynamic and virtuoso performance of the final Presto agitato.
🎵 Sonata for Cello and Piano No. 4 in C major, Op. 102 No. 1— the concert ended with an impressive performance of this sonata, in which Dejan Božić, with his warm tone and precisely shaped phrases, created a strong emotional connection with the piano accompaniment of Marijan Đuzel.
Each of the performers confirmed their status as an excellent musician and pedagogue, and their mutual communication, understanding and interpretive maturity made this concert an unforgettable experience. The audience had the opportunity to experience Beethoven's music in all its glory — from dramatic contrasts to subtle lyrical moments, which once again confirmed the importance and importance of the ARDEA Masterclass as a place where excellence and artistic inspiration meet.
With this concert, Professor Graziani, Professor Božić and Professor Giuzel not only demonstrated their own virtuosity, but also served as inspiration for the young musicians participating in the seminar. Their work and dedication to classical music has once again shown how crucial such master classes are for the development of new generations of musicians.
